A Staten Island couple's love story just got even sweeter, thanks to a saved receipt.
On Sunday night, Tony and Jo Fioravante celebrated their 66th wedding anniversary at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York City, the same place they spent their wedding night, ABC News reported.
The octogenarian couple even paid the same hotel rate that they did in 1948 -- $15.75.
They were able to snag the deal due to a tradition the hotel has of honoring the original rate paid by couples who spent their wedding night there and are now celebrating an anniversary of 50 years or more, according to Conde Nast Traveler.
The Fioravantes' daughter, Sandra, displayed the receipt, along with other memories, at the couple's 50th anniversary party. When their 66th anniversary was approaching, she remembered the slip of paper and decided to get in touch with the hotel, according to ABC News.
Why you should always keep your receipt: The bill showing the price of their room on their wedding night was $15.75 which the hotel has honoured as part of a long-held tradition

Current rates at the Astoria start from $799 for suites and $1,299 for presidential-style rooms
Too cute! Congratulations to the adorable couple and many more anniversaries ahead!
