Just A Thought- The Break Up

Has anyone ever broken up with someone they really loved and they were not actually over the relationship?

You know that feeling that you get, like you're going to die if you both can't resolve the problem and be together. It is so painful. Nothing in this world prepares you for the sort of hurt you feel when the relationship crashes with that first or second love. You replay moments that where deal breakers over and over in your head. You swear you will never love again....

Some of you might be in this situation right no, but trust me it gets better.As time moves by and God brings a guy that 'moves' your world, you literally look back and laugh as you dance alingo thanking God that it never worked out between you and the bobo.

I promise you ladies and gents you WILL get over it.

It's worth marrying the man who loves you to death, the man who wakes up while you are still sleeping to pray for you. The man who is still patient with you when you're mad at him without good reason (not that you should be often). The man who starts saving up to surprise you when your birthday is no where around the corner, the man who takes every word of his marriage vows to you as a serious covenant between yourselves and God.

Yes you loved Mr Ex, but chances are that he was never that man.

The thing about relationships is that we like to have the final say, sadly 98% of the time we get it wrong.

God made you, He knows you better than yourself, He knows what design you will choose for your future wedding dress and He knows your future kids by name sooo it is safe to say that He is the best person to provide a spouse for you. Now I don't mean you should lock yourself in your room and be praying 'God provide a spouse' prayer points. Go out, meet new people, but be sensible and reasonable. Pray before you start any courtship, before any date, before any feelings.

And for all those who are still suffering from heart break, commit your painful break-up to the Lord. Ask Him to men you heart and keep substitutes away until He is ready to surprise you with the love of your life, His original design for you. Be patient. The wait is more than worth it. Remember that if you rush in, you will rush out.
